I write a monthly newsletter and also reflect on things I’ve learned. This is a living journal of my journey & I invite you to share it with me and learn from my adventures.

I come from a big, Catholic family. All I’ve known for years was “loving chaos”. I have an amazing wife and 4 incredible kids. I’ll often share stories and photos of life as it happens.

Occasionally, I’ll share reviews about TV shows, products or services that I have enjoyed. And for my fellow foodies, you’ll get the chance to follow me as I cook & BBQ.

And last but not least, I write and update this website to follow my journey and watch and reflect on my growth along the way. I look forward to engaging with you.
